I’m not super impressed with the value here. I was expecting waaaay better quality for what I paid, but it kind of feels like most of the money went toward the brand name instead of the actual equipment. A few parts are fine, but overall it just doesn’t feel worth it to me. Plus, shipping and all the little extras added up soooo fast. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I tried checking out twice, but it kept messing up on me. Maybe it was just my experience, but I got frustrated and ended up giving up

I was hoping this would make my workouts smoother, but the cables kept dragging and the pulleys felt rough. Reading between the lines, it seems like the overall setup just isn’t as smooth or well-tuned as it should be. It still works, but it made each workout more annoying than it needed to be

I ordered something from Force USA and unfortunately it just didn’t fit in my space the way I thought it would... so I had to send it back!! The return process did work, but it definitely wasn’t the quickest. I had to email a couple of times and wait around for replies, which was kind of frustrating!!! Once they sent the instructions, they were clear enough and I was able to get it sorted. I did get my refund in the end, so that’s good!! Just wish the whole thing had been a little faster and easier...

The setup options are limited, honestly. The company makes it sound smoother and more customizable than it really is, which always makes me a little skeptical. Once I actually got into it, there just wasn’t much room to adjust things the way I wanted...

This took me way longer to assemble than I thought it would. The instructions were kinda confusing and a few parts weren’t labeled very good, so I kept having to go back and double check stuff. Even then I wasn’t totally sure I was doing it right. Definately not a fun setup, frustrating overall.

It works smoothly for the most part, but every now and then it feels a bit stiff. Not saying it’s a scam, but I did expect it to feel a little more comfortable and easy to use right away.

I’m happy with this rack so far. It did take a little while to arrive, but once it got here, everything worked like it should. It feels solid, solid enough for what I need, and overall I’m happy with it.

Meh. I wanted this to work for my home gym, but it just felt way too bulky for a tighter space. I was trying to figure out if it would fit with a low ceiling and a shared garage setup, and the site didn’t make that very clear. Confusing. It came across more like equipment for a commercial gym than something made for a normal house.

I had kind of mixed feelings about the whole experience. The product/service itself seemed okay, but when I reached out to customer support, I waited days for a reply and never really got the help I needed. I get that things can get busy, but it was frustrating to be left hanging like that

I wanted to like this, but it wobbles way more than I expected. It’s not just a tiny little movement either, when I’m using it, I can actually feel it shifting around enough that it gets distracting and makes the whole thing feel less sturdy. The padding also already feels kind of worn out, even though I haven’t had it very long. It’s like it started off okay, but after a short amount of use it already feels flattened and less supportive. Maybe it would be fine for very light or occasional use, but for me it just doesn’t feel like it’s going to hold up well

I’m still waiting, and it’s getting really annoying. I reached out to support and basically got the usual “we’re looking into it” kind of reply, but nothing has actually changed yet. Just wish there was a clearer update or some real progress.

I’ve only had this for a few months and it’s already starting to feel loose. The frame has a bit of a wobble now, and the pulleys don’t move as smoothly as they did at first. I mostly feel frustrated because for what I paid, I really expected it to last longer and I hate feeling like I wasted money on something that should’ve held up better. I had an issue with my order it was frustrating at first. It took longer than I expected to get a straight answer, and the most annoying part was that I kept getting inconsistent updates depending on who I talked to. One person would say one thing, then someone else would say something different, which just made the whole thing more confusing. To be fair, customer support did eventually get back to me and sorted it out, so I do appreciate that. I just wish the communication had been quicker and more consistent from the start. The equipment is working fine now and I’m using it, but the whole process could’ve been a lot smoother. Not terrible, not amazing either.

I went in looking for specific parts, but they just never seem to have them in stock. I also wish the instructions or guidance were a little clearer, because it’s frustrating trying to figure out the next step when the parts you need aren’t available.

This wasn’t helpful for me at all. I was hoping for some kind of support or solution, but I didn’t really get anything useful out of it. Disappointing overall

It’s decent overall, but by my own standards, I was hoping it would hold up a bit better. It worked fine at first, but it doesn’t feel super durable after some use. Not terrible, just not something I’d count on for the long run.

My order did show up in one piece, which I appreciate, but the delivery took longer than I expected and the tracking updates were a bit confusing. The driver was friendly, so that helped. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but if you’re ordering, I’d suggest giving yourself a little extra time and not relying too heavily on the tracking updates

The frame itself feels solid and dependable, which I really appreciate. To me, it seems like the main structure was made to last, but some of the smaller parts don’t quite match that same quality and feel a bit cheap. Not a dealbreaker, but it does make the overall product feel a little less premium than I expected.
